Converting from CEX to DEX possible after I update to this?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I want to convert from CEX to DEX so would upgrading from Kmeaw's 3.55 CFW to Rebug 4.21.2 REX edition allow me to do that? I have a tutorial for the converting part so no problems there. After I've converted I can just upgrade to a better DEX CFW and problem solved... Just in need of some confirmation. Thanks
