Have a ethernet cord connected to ur pc or laptop to ur ps3 switch to wired connection on ps3 and share connection on ur pc or laptop. Then get target manager and what ever ip like say ur is 198.168.133.255 so they will give u a range 198.168.0.1 to 198.168.0.255 i think then u change the zero to 133 then search and u will find ur ps3 then bring it to debug station and then right click on the ip and connect. It should work then for tmapi

If you have 1 ethernet cable and your computer by your ps3 :

Wait a second I get the feeling your not on dex, if you don't know what that means then you aren't on it and can't use tmapi...
