You also need to click if your backup is intern or extern. Then press start and it goes to the xmb
Then go to your disc symbol and voila your backup is shown on the disc

Edit: if you get an error code by starting up you have to patch your games to fw 4.46. for example cod aw requires 4.65 fw so start up psn patch and patch your games to 4.46 (press L2, start, start)
