Go to 4.50/4.55/4.46/4.65 beacause for 4.66 is no official flash tool

Yea go ahead and update to latest fw 4.66 I recently downgraded a customers ps3 from ofw 4.66 to 3.55 ofw with my e3 flasher with no problem, I also used flash tool 4.50 and that works great for any fw.

But an flashtool for the good version is lots easier

Id go to 4.55 ofw, patch the dump with swizzy 4.55 patcher (Disable hash check in tool or you may get a error)

Only because the hash list is incomplete

Then install Rogero 4.55 cfw.

Ive done over 30 consoles this way no probs

Make sure you do at least 3 dumps & check with nor inspector that they are good

Also when you go to patch the dump it will say "Do you want to patch this image" before you press yes read the text file that the tool makes to check for errors
