There isn't a PS3ita 4.65. You'll either need to install Rebug 4.65, or just fix the game permissions with MultiMan on PS3ita 4.50, then you'll be able to play.

Yeah, as Matthew said, you don't need it to play CoD : AW or any other game. Just install updates, then go to MultiMan and press X on the game, it will ask you if you want to patch it to current FW version, press yes and you're good to go.

There is I believe a 4.65 Ita but it's not official.

If you get an errorcode by starting up use psn patch to patch your ganes to 4.46
