No you need to use an E3 flasher

This is dodgy as fuck. Trust me I fell victim to these and they are fake. They will put you in demonstration mode and fuck up your PS3. You need an e3 flasher and a pre CECH-25XX console to downgrade. Don't ever use any of these sites.

Some staffmember needs to make a notice already that PS3 Portal is fake. This is like the twentieth time someone's asked about this site. You can't jailbreak a super slim. You can only downgrade 4.66 if it's 4.66 cfw or through e3 flasher. Either way, you need to buy another PS3, preferably one that's already on 3.55 ofw.

Its safe to install, and you do not need a E3 Flashed... Because the super slim wont accept the update no matter what.
