Can using cfg mods on a psi slim mucking it up or brick it?

Cfg is no problem there is 0% to brick or something else the worstest thing is a freez of your ps3

Thanks two more questions : once infected do you ever have to be infected again? And does it infect the other accounts on the Ps3?

Yes you need new infection every time you load up the game so if you switch your account you last your cfg
