You should really mention whether it's on CEX or DEX, any kinds of bans, if any games are backed up, and what homebrews are installed. These type of things can increase the selling price.

Yea it's CEX Rogero 4.55. The only ban it has is on COD ghosts. The only backups are COD ghosts, advanced warfare, and destiny. What would you think?

You can prolly sell it for around $225-$275. If there's any gsc/eboots/selfs/etc that you like to use on any game when I sell jb ps3's I put these in a folder on the root of hdd0 and name it REMOVE, I also put in a read me.txt with info on all the items/files I put within this folder and organize it up by making folders with game names/ trophies/etc. I also inform them to put this folder on a USB stick or device and put it in the computer, read the read me.txt and remove the folder from hdd0 before signing I to psn. They seem to be highly satisfied with that, helping save them time looking n searching. I also put in txt tutorials or links to video tuts to using the home brew apps, mod menus givin, etc depending on what the consumer is receiving with the purchase.
