Firstly i think the current firmware out is 4.66 so grab a spoofer for that and install it..

i tried the spoofer for 4.66 but its for cex im on dex i cant find one can you help me with that ?

You don't need a 4.66 spoof to go online. 4.60 should do the job. Are you sure you have the correct debug settings?

i tried the 4.60 spoofer with the (CFW v4) and it didnt work and what debug settings that i need to do ?

I seen a few tutorials while just googling your issue, not meant to be ignorant

Ive seen some straight forward tuts in the ps3 section, you just have to search through the mess in there for them.

NP Environment: Should be on np, witch is retail network

Release Check Mode:
Development Mode : can used /app_home.
Release Mode :can’t use /app_home.
Should be on Development mode.

Boot Mode:Chooses which mode to boot the console.
Debugger Mode : boots on the debugger, for debugging purpose.
System Software Mode: boots on system software mode, for developing purpose.
Release Mode: boots on release mode, the same as retail consoles.
I use System Software mode.

Network Settings for Debug: Choose different network settings for the debugging than the settings used in usual settings.
Single Settings : uses the same network settings for debugging than settings used in [Settings] > [Network Settings].
Dual Settings: uses two different network settings.
I use Single settings.
