How I run my connections

Laptop connected to neighbors wifi (LOL, but they let me so yea)
PS3> ethernet > to laptop

i never had a problem like this. I connected TM (target manager) fine but now I have this where

TM connects for 5 minutes then it disconnects and the ONLY way I can get it fixed is if i

disable / enable my network bridge

once I do that, I have to goto Network settigns and disable /enable my internet if I DONT do that i get a dns error when i sign in.

then TM works and around 3-5 minutes it disconnetcs and all my tools don't work.

can't even conncet CCAPI any more. please help me idk whats wrong
