You can only get it if you downgrade your PS3 and get the NORBIN.BIN files out of it

It's a normal ps3 on 4.66 not a jailbrake (hints the ofw) I can't downgrade it without a e3 and if imma do that just might as well jailbreak it. I don't want to do that I just need the CID

As MrMackey has said, there is nothing else to tell you. You need a dump from an E3 flasher or some other hardware flasher to get the CID from an OFW console.

There is now a way to retrieve a Cid from ofw just thought I'd let yall know
