When i install Rebug 4.65.1 do i have webman automaticly?

Well as far as I'm aware, I think you can switch in 4.65. But I would personally switch back to DEX while still on 4.46, then install the D-REX version.

The Problem on DEX was, That i cant Play my PS2 Classic Games.

Well as far as I know, they took it down because it was full of bugs. I used it for a little while, and I found a few bugs with the XMB, I found that games would be a little bit unstable & that TMAPI wouldn't connect or attach, and if it did, it wouldn't stay connected for more than 5 seconds. So I ended up going back to PS3ita.

And I dont want to install webman on 4.46..

I dont want to Play online atm, i want to be on the latest Rebug Firmware and i want webman

Well if you just want 4.65 for Webman, then I'd go ahead and install it. Though, if you were to fully switch back to CEX, you could install the latest Habib firmware that also has Webman.

I installed Rebug 4.46.1 REX, and when i Launch a PS2 Game the Fan Speed is to fast? Its Louder than normal.
I have a PS3 Slim.

Well in 4.65 that would be normal, as Webman has its own fan policy. But on 4.46, it could just be the system getting a little hot. If that's the case, try taking it apart and cleaning the dust out & maybe reapplying the thermal compound.

Should i change any options in the webman setup?
And at 'PS2 format games' are not all of my ps2 games only a few..
How could the other games can be displayed?

Yeah, there's an option inside Webman setup that let's you tweak or completely disable Webman's fan policy. And I don't know about your PS2 game issue as I don't personally play PS2 games on my PS3 :p
