How can i prevent a console ban?

Use Psnpatch and Psninja and never use home-brew apps while signed in. Also try and stay away from modding newer games as some are getting console banned from. Ex Aw and GTA V

Follow what NewYorrk said. If you play AW, please don't mod it. It gets you acc/console banned. And there's enough people complaining about ban from that game. Just play it legit, and you'll be ok. If you accidentally activate a hombrew while signed in, you need to quickly turn your PS3 off, or hope you installed the STEALTH version of that app. Many people say to spoof your cid when signed in. I use PSNpatch to disable syscalls. I make sure to use antiban for BO2 and not mod GTA or AW.
