To use tmapi u need to make sure u connect 1 of 2 ways

1. PS3 to Ethernet on router and pc to wifi
2. ps3 to pc on Ethernet + bridge connections

make sure internal IP on ps3 did not change
if it did then out ur new ip in target manager

try to see if ccapi works if none of this works
