You lost your cid probably :/

You can restore original IDPS using ita manager or game sonic manager. If you changed PSID then your fuqed, you'll need to buy a PSID and a IDPS from somebody and use PSN patch to spoof the ids to what you purchased. If it's the PSID you can reset your Playstation then b able to sign in but you'll get banned for having mismatched ids.
