Install Blackbox FTP on your ps3 (its a .pkg file) and when you open it, you can connect to it

you have to stay on the FTP server unless you have webman. But once you leave the FTP server it disconnects so when its done transfering then you can go to the XMB.

Use ps ita to activate the ftp server in the star menu
And the un can connect your ps3 to filezilla.
