Ive readed something about patches when do I have to you those patches , what do they do, where do I get them?

If I download a game like Far Cry 4 and a update comes out can I update straight from my playstation or do I have to get the update from the internet?

sometimes you can update with the ps3 but if you get an error you gotta download the update or just update through multiman. if you have any questions just add my skype.
