U can, but u have to open notepad on your pc, type in:
PSNST0R3 €=0 (then the game you want to download)
Then save the file and put it on your USB in a folder named PSNSTORE
plug your USB in Ur ps3 and you have hacked the PSN store

You can't hack playstation store. You can't get free games off of PS store. You should look on YouTube for tutorials and BTW you need a jail broken ps3
