try reinstalling the cfw.

Look if you put it in tje right maps PS3-UPDATE-PS3UPDAT.PUP

I happened to me too. download a 3.55 dex downgrader and it should work

This problem was fixed along time ago. Thanks for the help though, I had corrupted my hardrive by downloading a faulty CFW from some youtuber.
