Ok, so still fairly new to this, so please don't bite my head off if this has already been covered elsewhere among the plethora of other things on this site. I have recently gotten into using CCAPI on my 4.55 Rogero PS3. I currently have CCAPI 2.60 installed. The problem I am running into, is most menus are designed for 2.50 and wont work correctly on 2.60. I have two questions:
Firstly, I have seen among my research that I can just swap out a file in the folder to get it to work with my 2.60? How would I go about doing this, just copy said file from a known working 2.60 menu with the one for the different menu in 2.50? So this particular file will work with different versions(2.50 2.60) even if the menus are designed by different devs?
Secondly, rather than do all the above stated, wouldn't it just be easier to have both 2.50 and 2.60 installed? Or since its kind of a background program on the PS3, will they not be able to be run at the same time? Or would it just be simpler to delete 2.60 and install 2.50?
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
