Post: Setting up PS3 with latest CFW, things not going how I expected.

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); My previous jailbroken PS3 recently died and I'm having trouble setting up my new one. I used to use Rogero 4.50 online with StealthMan, SENEnabler and PSNPatch; a setup I feel worked rather well as the console never got banned.

I initially installed Darknet 4.65 v 1.02 Final Fix, but couldn't get StealthMan running as there was no toolbox, I then installed Rogero 4.55 expecting it to have the toolbox, but it turns out 4.50 is the last version to have it.

Apparently there's alternative methods to access StealthMan. InstallPKG and InstallPKG Singstar Replacement. The InstallPKG option doesn't seem stealthy enough to me as it requires you to load it like a normal homebrew app. I can't find working download links for the Singstar replacement and instructions seem confusing (some say you have to install singstar first, others say you don't).

I'd greatly appreciate any advice.

According to You must login or register to view this content., I need to install the simple version. Still can't find a working source for it anywhere.

Why don't you just update to Rogero 4.50 again since you were fine using it before.

Looks like I'll have to. I was planning on playing some recent games and I hoped installing a more up-to-date firmware would avoid any issue.
