I assume your PS3s are on the latest firmware 4.66 and to be able to jailbreak your PS3 the PS3 needs to be on firmware 3.55 or lower. One way to downgrade your PS3s firmware is to buy a E3 Flasher and use that but it is only compatible with certain PS3 slim models.
