However if there's not any mod tools for WWE then please invest in coding one then for WWE. If there's a coded WWE mod tool then everyone will want to use it because WWE is a unique game that not everyone expects a mod tool to be created for. So please do so and make one if any of you know how to code and would be willing to make a new project.

no there isnt why would you want them for a wrestling game you can get the dlc packages free if your jailbroken though

I would want them for a wrestling game for editing stats (wins, loses, draws etc...) , For pin glitches, Submission glitches, In match glitches while wrestling and superstar glitches. Also where can I get the DLC's from?
