These people do not know what their talking about. You need to convert your game region to BLES because currently there's only mod menus for European region. Once you have done that i suggest you use the VCA mod menu considering it has 4 menu's in 1 look it up on youtube @ 1.20 VCA Mod menu GTA 5.
