1. You could spoof it, but that's pretty pointless. You'd have to get 3.55 fixes for games and such, and you might as well just update to 4.66 cfw. (Don't update through Sony. Find Rogero/Rebug, etc. fw 4.66.
2. To get online, you can either spoof or be on the latest cfw firmware.
3. You can host just about CoD lobby, and with GSC on Black Ops 2, the choices are endless. You can host money lobbies on GTA V...
4. You can run pirated games (don't ask where to get.), mod games, modify your comment, do recoveries, trophy hack, etc.
5. Yes, you can host those without buying shit. Though, I hear there are two good tools for GTA V that do cost money...
6. Make sure to have PSNpatch installed, so as to disable syscalls (tricks Sony into thinking you're on OFW.), and use antiban eboot on BO2. Don't change your rank/money on GTA V took much, stay away from modding Ghosts/Advanced Warfare.
