Regional Internet Service Provider outage on February 24, 2011
Answer ISad Awesome 312 Product: PlayStation®Network-Network Status

On February 24, 2011, we have received reports that there is a regional Internet Service Provider outage which may be affecting consumers from connecting to the PlayStation Network. This is an Internet Service Provider issue and is not related to the PlayStation Network being down. Not all consumers are affected. If you cannot connect to the PlayStation Network, please try to connect at a later time or contact your Internet Service Provider for further details.

I just called Comcast and they told me that Sony's error report is right, there's an issue with the connection between Sony and the service provider and Comcast is on the phones with Sony right now trying to fix it.
I have At&T so your assumption is not accurate. Comcast charges way too much,
so who in their right mind would use comcast?

PSN Status says it has Heavy Network Traffic, so basically its being hit offline. You must login or register to view this content.
