So i bought the e3 flasher a few days ago after i accidentaly updated my cfw ps3 to 4.46 ofw.. My ps3 was downgraded by someone else before (he gave me the back ups after he did the downgrade). I thought I succesfully flashed my ps3 but all i get is a black screen when the ps3 boots (ps3 stays on though). I tried to get into recovery mode (done it before..) but the ps3 just turns off after 10 seconds of pressing the powerbutton. I saw many people on the internet with the same problem but still haven't found a solution. I also cannot connect the controller.
Really hope someone knows what the problem could be.

I think you already flashed te backups with any flashtool. But reflash your dump and make sure the clip is right on the norchip
