But when tried the second thing it didn't work because 3 blue light started blinking what dose that mean

so when I took out my MicroSD It showed a file Called E3 Flasher I didn't know what to do with that so I dumbed it.
Now im trying to start over with the 1st update in it wont let me

First when I hook the E3 Clip on the Nor Chip My game cuts on but doesn't show the screen in there is no HDD Blinking
Second When I don't hook up the chip on clip it cuts on in I can see the Screen

Why is this Happening ????

Do I have to Update the E3 Flasher

Now when I move the TF Cover board around It ether gets darker like its losing power or it gets Lighter
