Cex is best for starters

Cex=Rex, Dex=Drex, this is just the way rebug names them. For beginners I say you stay on cex=rex dont rush into dex and use rebug as your cfw.

Unless you plan on messing around with RTE alot and creating tools, DEX might a good idea to start at. However, CEX can just about do everything that DEX can do nowadays with CCAPI implementation and it has better support for homebrew applications that are coming out.

I'd get myself acquainted with CEX first if I were you, and once you feel comfortable with everything, you can give a shot at trying DEX out and see which you prefer better.

Go to rebug 4.65, then you can switch back and forward between DEX and CEX
