ok, so what exactly is the problem.. I'll try and help you if I can.

Factory Reset doesn't do anything to the system aside from deleting all system configs and user data. The only way it will update is if you tell it to update. You will never be able to go online on a 3.55 as it's old as fuck and all spoofers aren't supported for that. You will have to update it to an up-to-date cfw, or one that has a spoofer available.

Do you know which spoofer is available for it?
