PS3ita CFW is a DEX cfw and yes you can mod personally I think Rogero is acutally the saftest from bans and just eaisest CFW's ever but you should be able to mod with your PS3, just you might get banned alot and I heard that CFW gives alot of errors, YLOD's, and black screens so I wouldn't stay on it for to long.
