So... I wanted a CEX version CFW 4.50 Debug.
Which I could play online and stuff, so I've been told that you need the E3 Flasher to downgrade, and then I'll need to actually jailbreak it, I tried to find some tutorials on youtube, but they all seem to contradict each other.
So what do I actually need to know before jailbreaking my ps3, what are the risks, which game will I be able to play in certain updates and stuff...

I'd be scared about messing up too, but really consider looking into doing it yourself. If someone steals your console id, either through tool or dump, they'll leak it out and get you console banned fast. But do your research. if many people have good experience with this downgrader, then sure go for him.
