So I kept trying to find arround, but I just can't find anyone who can give me the right instructions on what should I do. So I thought I would ask here, I don't even know if the topic is in the right section... but anyway...
So... I wanted a CEX version CFW 4.50 Debug.
Which I could play online and stuff, so I've been told that you need the E3 Flasher to downgrade, and then I'll need to actually jailbreak it, I tried to find some tutorials on youtube, but they all seem to contradict each other.
So what do I actually need to know before jailbreaking my ps3, what are the risks, which game will I be able to play in certain updates and stuff...

You'll need the flasher to downgrade yeah. But you say you want a 4.50 Cex Debug, doesn't that contradict itself because a debug console is Dex?!
As for precautions, just don't go nuts with modding and owning people😂 and bans can take a while.
You'll be able to play online no problem but for a 4.50 system software you'll need a spoofer to 4.66.
You should be able to play all the games but beware some games that are newer and more popular will ban more.

My firend told me that 4.50 cex debug was a good one, I don't even know what debug actually means, I'm kinda lost. I tried to find people to mod my ps3. But they say that they first have to downgrade my ps3 to 3.55 and THEN choose a CFW, (4.55 is what I want, because my friend that also have jailbroken his ps3 said that it was the best atm) But they said that they don't work with jailbreak anymore, so how is it possible? I don't wanna run into some kind of scam, but I've been told that you NEED jailbreak to choose a CFW.

You need to downgrade, before jailbreaking. You could do the process yourself. There's many guides around, and it involves taking your PS3 apart. And with these tools that can steal an OFW's console id, I really think you should downgrade yourself, unless you really trust the person.

Try find someone in your area or country that does downgrade services, a TRUSTFULL one, and they'll easily do it for u

Jailbreaking only requires a USB. Don't need to pay someone to do that, lol. The downgrading would be the hard part. Alas, I cannot help in the downgrade department. Please quote so people know you wrote.
