PSNINJA is used for somethign completely different to PSNPATCH.. i spoof my CID with PSNPATCH, then run PSNINJA before i sign in. In respect to your original question, i have no idea and would like to know also!

Download CCAPI on your PC and PS3, then when you're logger in just change your CID on CCAPI

CCAPI is not supported on 4.66 cobra

Then i reccomend to switch to another CFW like Rebug 4.65.2
