Then I convert to DEX and download and install Rebug 4.46 D-Rex thinking something was going to be different. Turns out, D-Rex doesn't provide the options to switch back to CEX. I downgraded, and installed PS3ITA 4.50 DEX. Then I downgraded again to 3.55 DEX. Someone please tell me how to get to CEX again.

you need to flash it again with a cexflash

Make sure you have your CEX-FLASH.EID0.NORBIN/CEX-FLASH.EID0.NANDBIN and your DEX-FLASH.EID0.NORBIN/DEX-FLASH.EID0.NANDBIN , depending on what type of ps3 you have (the SLIM ps3 is NORBIN and the FAT ps3 is NANDBIN). Now go to any rebug D-Rex firmware and install rebug tool box version 02.02.02 , after you have installed that , go into rebug tool box and move over once to the right and you should see a few diffrent options, just pay attention to SYSTEM MODE, DEBUG MENU TYPE, SWAP LV2 KERNAL, and REWRITE TARGET ID IN FLASH. First change your System mode to normal then change your Debug menu type to CEX QA, after that the ps3 should restart. Go back into rebug toolbox and click SWAP LV2 KERNAL, then your ps3 should restart. Once again go back into rebug toolbox and this time click REWRITE TARGET ID IN FLASH, then your ps3 will reboot and you should be on cex.

Make sure you put your CEX and DEX flashes on your usb, i recommend the right port on your ps3.
