I can connect to the rtm tool. but when i click "Attach", it says " No game progress" Even when im in bo2 private match, It wont attach and I dont know how to fix this. Help would be great, THanks

that tool is for ccapi 2.60, it will say your connected but your not, hence you not being able to attach, use another program.

Just use the GSC injector that runs of your ps3's internal hdd.
There's no need for PC/laptops and saves you all the trouble with connecting/attaching and so forth.
All you do is a specific button combination and valla....your mods are activated ;-)

Download a injector and a patch make sure you put Anti ban for online just incase and bang your done

I got it working, aparently there were several different ccapi folders deep inside my computer files, I deleted everything and downloaded ccapi again. It works fine

which type go in the hdd? I have only seen the pc attaching versions
