Hello PiBBo! The game EBOOT.BIN is the file that contains the game data needed (Offsets - Natives, ect) to mod it via RTE (Real time editing). Some CFWs such as the DEX ones require a DEBUG Eboot to be able to mod via TMAPI, the only difference between a debug and regular eboot that you need to know is that debug is used for DEX CFWs.
