Hello PiBBo! The game EBOOT.BIN is the file that contains the game data needed (Offsets - Natives, ect) to mod it via RTE (Real time editing). Some CFWs such as the DEX ones require a DEBUG Eboot to be able to mod via TMAPI, the only difference between a debug and regular eboot that you need to know is that debug is used for DEX CFWs. Hopefully this answers some questions as you didn't really explain much as to what you specifically want to know!
