(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey ngu i just got me a new cid and i was just curious of how to change it also do i need a psid too because someone told me that if i put a new cid on my ps3 and sign into a banned account it will ban the cid so dont know if thats true or not but thats why im here asking you guys.

You can do it with CCAPI 2.60

You can change cid with Console Manager CCAPI 2.60 or PSITA Manager
