well here is the thing when you buy a idps from someone that person usually resells it to someone else that's why you should buy from a trusted seller that sells private ones only for your use it won't get ban so fast if it only you using it i hope that answer your question.

The cid was probably sold to more than one person and not everyone uses psn patch, psinja or anti bans.
you should find a trusted buyer.

It was GermanyModz And I bought it from his website so I thought it was private/unshared cuz it said it was... :/ I play mostly Mw2, Mw3, Bo2

I have modded in BO2, GTA 5 & AW & I still use my PS3s original CID
I have used the same process for months and I have never needed to buy a CID
I only got account ban in AW coz I didnt use an anti ban

None of these games are known for banning cid's anymore so that's weird. Hes probably selling shared ones.
I bought mine for $40, and i had it for a year now never been banned from some kind of facebook group

Next time you buy a cid, look that cid up in Google. If it pops up, it's public. Your original cid...was it banned around January 19-23? You want a truly private id? Go get an ofw and use idpstealer to get its cid.
