Post: PS3 Maximum Accounts Created Not Bypassable?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello everyone,

I'm very experienced but unfortunately not even my experience nor Google can help me with this problem...

I'm on Rebug Custom Firmware 4.46.1 D-Rex Edition, I have been on this firmware for a few times whilst searching for offsets etc...

I signed on today and as I run an account Recovery Service on Facebook I have made quite a lot of Playstation Network Accounts... I went to make one today and I got the following message "The maximum number of accounts that can be associated with this system has been reached. Please use an existing account."

Through some research on Google I dug up that the maximum accounts to be made is 64, and my PS3 as obviously reached this number. I assumed that it was the Console ID the 'Accounts Made' offset was linked to so I changed Console ID however this had no effect and the error still appeared...

So then I resorted to Downgrading to 3.55, Updating to 3.55 Bozex CFW, then using Chaos Air Bringer to change my MAC Address in the unlikely event that it was referenced by this 'Accounts Made' offset. But yet again I still got the error.

I'm asking for help from "experienced CFW users/Developers for help on this problem because as far as Google goes I haven't seen anything. Maybe this could be incorporated into a new CFW...

(No Noobs Please)

Any Help appreciated Smile

Thanks ~ Steps

I only had this issue on public cid's.

You can still make accounts totally fine online to bypass that limit, there are also psn account generators to make the accounts even easier.

I understand what you mean, i was thinking the same not too long ago!

No, there isn't a way to have more accounts on your console - its stupid being CFW, you'd think that would've been bypassed!
The only option is to delete a user then replace it with the account you want to access. Not an issue really if you're not intending on keeping the accounts details, but can be annoying in some cases!

Its not possible to change anything. If you have made 64 accounts then it cannot be bypassable.. well it can.. you just need a new ps3 for that..
