You need to go into Rebug toolbox, then scroll all the way to the right, after that scroll all the way down, and select something like Restore CID and press EID0 CEX

Hello NotWolfy, i'm going to paste this from my You must login or register to view this content.
Download PS3ITA Manager You must login or register to view this content. load it up and goto network settings, then press restore original CID, next you'll need rebug toolbox You must login or register to view this content. open it and scroll right to "Utilities" and then scroll down until you find "Change Active PS3ID" (which i believe is the bottom option) and set your EID to "CEX", close rebug toolbox and try sign in!
That's the method i personally used to fix this error, get back to me and let me know how you got on

i tried this and when loading ps3ita it stayed at a black screen im on 4.65.2 dex
