There are 2 basic ways on using PSNPatch

1) Spoofing CID w/ disabling CFW syscalls & deleting history PRESS X

In order to spoof CID, you will need to edit a file name "psnpatch.cfg" using notepad. And placing it the psnpatch.cfg file into either
/dev_usb000/psnpatch.cfg
/dev_hdd0/game/PSNP11001/USRDIR/psnpatch.cfg
/dev_hdd0/game/BLJS10018/USRDIR/psnpatch.cfg

When running PSNPatch, you should see your orginal CID and bottom of that you should see the spoofed CID.

2)Disabling CFW syscalls & deleting history PRESS (square or triangle)<----not sure which, but you can see for yourself after running the program!

Yeah, every time you turn on the PS3! Once you turn off the PS3, the CFW syscalls are enabled!!

thanks i assume this is same if i just want to spoof not disable cfw. i was reading older psn patch and before you had to have txt files cid and psid on your root usb, come along way i guess when you just gotta edit 1 cfg file.

Do a barrel roll!
I have done everything how you say but how comes that I don't have this folder: PSNP11001/USRDIR/??
