Even when I try to create a new psn. Im running rebug 4.65 so I dont think I need a spoof. And it allows me to go on the browser so its not the network. Am I console banned? Because my normal ps3 works perfect. Please help! I appreciate it!

With ccapi or psita manager and press default id or something like that

you could use idpsset , sen enabler, psn patch or cobra to name a few. to change idps. but because you are getting a dns time out it means the idps is not valid (not banned). also have you changed the environment to np? another thing is you have a dex idps in eid0 memorty.
