i think i have deduced that its just gta online..
well if they have banned the mac address then change it with chaos air bringer.
if they have banned your console id, then get a valid new one and use something to set it as active, like ccapi 2.6 or cobra or idpsset or sen enabler or psn patch.. there are a few that do this.
most of those apps can change the psid which is the psn account id different to the console id (idps eid0-5)
all depends on what they have banned exactly.
