My friend just got a 4.66 ps3 and was wanting to jail-brake it. Can anyone tell how to downgrade it to 3.55 and jailbrake it (I bought mine that was all ready jailbroken and all set up)

Also isn't dex better than cex?

If hes on ofw then hes going to need to downgrade it with a e3 flaasher,and for the dex/cex i beleive dex is better it runs smoother and has more overall options.

No, they are just different. If you want ease of use go with CEX, it behaves like a retail unit. If you want more options go with DEX. If you are new to CFW I recommend you use CEX and if you find you need DEX features you can change to it later.
