What happened was my PS3 CECHKO3 Console got CID & PSID Banned. So I bought a new CID and PSID. I was attempting to replace the CID and PSID with EID Root Key Dumper and IPDSet. All went according to plan, An I was manualy able to change the Console ID. The problem arose when I turned off my PS3. when I turned it back on, I was graeted with a green light, quick flash of yellow light (3 beeps) and a continuous red light a.k.a the dreaded YLOD. Is there any way I can save my console without an E3 Flasher, and If I can't then please explain. Respond ASAP. Thanks
