(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); It tells me to install CCAPI to use this library what does this mean

Make sure you have the correct ps3lib.dll in the folder. Also this is in the wrong section.

If it's the CCAPI.dll that's for v2.60, you need to have the console manager installed I guess?
