My problem is that Im connected to Target Manager, but tools wont connect.
I tried 5 tools, including NetCheat and LTS.
Yes. I have Debug Eboot, but my problem is connecting Tools, not attaching.
And btw. It works when i use Target Manager on my laptop, but it broke, so i downloaded TMAPI on my pc, but it doesnt work.

My ps3 is Dex Ita 4.50

Yes. I even have in debug Settings:

Release Check Mode > Development Mode
Boot Mode > System Software Mode
Network Settings for Debug > Single Setting

Have you changed debug eboot ?

My problem is connecting, not attaching. And yes.
