I have the exact same problem, try this, go to multi man, and find the game you want so MW2, press X on it and it should quit by itself and bring you back to the home screen, then you can press X on your game and it should open without that message!!!

hmm thats very strange. do other disc games work tho? if so its not your ps3's disc reader/tray. maybe it's the disc itself, tried cleaning it?

Some do, some don't. I have to install a different EBOOT to get it running..
