You'll get banned again regardless, there's just not a determined time frame in which it will happen. Either way, just add said id on ita manager and have it set it on every boot. You could also set it through CCAPI control manager etc. There's a whole lot of ways to do it, all have their risks, but some are more easier than others. You might also want to use PSNinja to clear history as well as PSNPatch or whatever it's called to disable the syscalls.
